We will process the claims for all PPO plans and are Delta Dental Premier in Network providers. Our team files claims as a courtesy and helps you understand your benefits, so you always know what to expect before treatment begins.

Please note that your insurance contract is between you, your employer, and your insurance provider. Balances not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you’re unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Timely notice helps us maintain uninterrupted care for all patients.
